Is it possible for Sindh to remain hopeful about the future of her younger generation? SPSC: It’s conspicuous function directs towards the scrutiny of requisitions, and conduct of various examinations, screening tests as well as interviews for the requisitions received from the departments of Sindh. Since last few years, Sindh Public Service Commission has been giving an erroneous impression by showing its full incompetency to hold high-level examinations. Recently, this maligned institution has conducted the Screening Test for Combined Competitive Examination (CCE-2021) of the thousands aspirants and as usual it has killed the aspirations of the students through making mistakes in KEY. Also, it seems to be continously walking on the track of making lapses in the question paper. According to the analysis, at least 15 Questions are seen wrong in such a way as they have diverted the minds of students and have played with their brain nervousness. Firstly, the paper was so different from the mentioned pattern based on English, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Science and Pakistan Affairs Questions. One can observe the differences between previous paper patterns and the unique and simple paper held on 13 March. Such actions committed by the apex examination institution can not be shrugged off in anyway. Yes, before filling out the application forms for any competitive examination, the students must have follow up the previous strategic plans of the institution. Secondly, the institution would have at least implemented on the syllabus it had given before the Test. Thirdly, the institutions’ so -called privacy policy also fails to restrain students or invigilators from LEAKING Question Papers. Also, it is noted with some concern that the institution has changed it’s mainstream from advanced level study to low-level basic questions. As things stand today, SPSC has completely failed to bring transparency and clearness into the institution particularly for the aspirants of competitive examinations. The institution has proved its inability, inadequacy, and insufficiency to fulfill the requirements of any competitive examination on such a high level. Sindh Government itself needs to take account of SPSC’s regular blunders in order to chalk out clear long term paper policies and must devise a mechanism to implement upon the strict instructions.
