ISLAMABAD, (Parliament Times) : In-charge Political Affairs Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Jammu and Kashmir Ms. Faryal Talpur has expressed intense grief over the sad demise of Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan in condolence with his son Sardar Saud Sadiq Advocate and brother Sardar Ghulam Mustafa. She has said that former Speaker Assembly of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan was an asset of Pakistan Peoples Party. His affiliation with the party was for one ideology and one principle. She said that he was a symbol of sacrifice and perseverance for the party workers and the people. The demise of Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan is not the loss of a single family but of the entire state and party. She said that the PPP, led by Bilawal Bhutto, stands with the family of Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan. Faryal Talpur said that Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan was a seasoned politician and a figure of loyalty. Throughout his life, he focused on the well-being of the people and the development of the region. She said that Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan never compromised on party discipline and principles. The PPP is proud of Sardar Sadiq Khan’s services and his loyalty to the party. She said that the party leadership will never leave him or the party workers alone. And in the next general elections, including the whole of Azad Kashmir, especially Hajira Sardar, Saud Sadiq’s election campaign will also be overseen by herself. She said that PPP would achieve an ideal victory in the next general elections and would not allow anyone to interfere. On the occasion, Sardar Sadiq Advocate thanked the party leadership for their confidence in him and assured that he would spare no effort to complete the mission of Sardar Ghulam Sadiq Khan, strengthen the PPP and bring prosperity to the downtrodden. The central leadership of Pakistan Peoples Party Azad Kashmir including former President Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Alhaj Sardar Yaqoob Khan, Central Secretary General, Raja Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Mian Waheed, Central Vice President and former Advisor Chaudhry Riaz were also present on the occasion.
