Calls for tripartite talks to resolve Kashmir question,
MIRPUR (AJK), (Parliament Times) : Azad Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan Wednesday said that India had intensified the reign of terror in Indian Illegally occupied Jammu & Kashmir with ulterior motives to divert the attention of the international community from the prevailing worst situation in the IIOJK.
Inaugurating the Tulip festival at Jalabad Garden in the State metropolis he said although India has agreed to cease fire at the line of control in Jammu Kashmir State – yet New Delhi shall have to practice the cease fire in the bleeding IIOJK where the Indian brutal occupying forces have intensified its brutalities to crush the indigenous freedom movement, he underlined.
Haider said Kashmiris were the fundamental party to the Kashmir dispute. He reiterated the Kashmiris earnest demand for initiating tripartite dialogue to resolve the lingering Kashmir issue.
He emphatically said that bilateral talks between India and Pakistan will not serve the purpose.
The AJK Prime Minister paid rich tributes to the IIOJK people for offering tremendous sacrifices for the liberation of the motherland from Indian clutches. He expressed the hope that the day was not for away when the occupied Jammu & Kashmir people will secure the liberation from the India bondage .
Refering to the forthcoming general elections in Azad Jammu Kashmir due to be held in mid of this year, Farooq Haider urged the people of Azad Jammu Kashmir to cast their vote with full sense of responsibility in the polls as the coming election will be of a great significance in view of the Kashmiris ongoing liberation movement.
Addressing another ceremony hosted n the State’s capital to mark the world wildlife day Wednesday the AJK Prime Minister urged the State Forests Department to play its role in preserving the national heritage and strict measures should be taken for illegal hunting.
He revealed that the government was going to move for legislation for the protection of the wild-life – the great asset of forests through induction of honorary game wardens on division, district and tehsil levels.
