Govt is involved in election theft: Shahid Khaqan Abbasi

ISLAMABAD:   PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said government itself is involved in the election theft and every one including members of parliament are fed up with the government.

Talking to media men here Tuesday he claimed police harassed voters in NA-75 Daska. Election staff disappeared and attempt was made to influence polling.

Abbasi held Prime Minister (PM) is saying re-polling should be held in this constituency. Government itself is involved in the election theft. There is no issue of re-polling in Daska but the issue is rigging.

Robbery was committed in Daska, he remarked. Election commission itself is saying rigging has taken place in NA-75. Government conspiracy has been exposed. Now these people are hiding their faces. The hearing by election commission should be in camera. Following Daska incident neither chief secretary, nor IG and DIG are becoming available. Presiding officers of election commission are disappearing.

He observed parliament has been paralyzed today. The NAB is involved in corruption. People don’t want to stand with corrupt governmet.

What development a country will make if its courts are not respected , he inquired.
