“CONSCIOUSNESS MAKES YOU SO STRONG AND STABLE THAT YOU START ENJOYING OBSTACLES AS PART OF YOUR JOURNEY” Challenges and obstacles are all a very necessary part of any success journey. Ask any super achiever, who has achieved their success, despite having overcome numerous challenges and obstacles, along their path to success. If they could go back and do it all over again, but this time around, they could avoid the greatest challenge, they faced the first time round. Ninety nine out of one hundred of the super achievers would invariably say that they would leave things exactly the way they were, as the challenges they faced and overcame, were often the very catalyst that unlocked some hidden potential, which accelerated their success or the very thing, which unlocked new knowledge that has since proved invaluable to them. Challenges are a universal part of human experience. Regardless of who you are, where you are from, or when you were born, we all face challenges on our journey through life. In fact, most of us face multiple challenges simultaneously every day, whether physical, financial, mental, emotional, or all of the above, it can get overwhelming. In fact They makes life so interesting. They play a vital role in the journey of life. Challenges and obstacles bring out your true potential, talents and the best in you. But the important part is not the number of failures or obstacles but how you tried and tried to achieve your success. This is what makes many great personalities in today’s world unique; their passion to keep striving towards their goal. Types of obstacles: Challenges and obstacles appear in many different forms obstructing you    from your goal, whether temporary or permanent depending upon your personality. External obstacles: External obstacles are those that are outside of your control. Examples include the economy, natural disasters, physical limitations and the actions of the people around you. But just because these obstacles are outside your control, it does not mean you simply throw up your hands and give up. What is in your control is your own behavior and how you react and deal with the external obstacles that are thrown at you. Internal obstacles: Internal obstacles are those that you do have control over. Some common examples of internal obstacles are needing more money, wanting a promotion at work, trying to lose weight, and improving a strained relationship with your family member or other loved one. You have to work upon yourself to overcome you need to work hard to identify all your weaknesses and transform them into your strengths. Habitual obstacles: Habitual obstacles apply more generally in your life and may only be eliminated by making a global change. Common examples of habitual obstacles include feeling constantly stressed out, getting angry too easily or being prone to procrastination. Try this mindfully to overcome obstacles: “THE GREATER THE OBSTACLES, THE MORE GLOREY IN OVERCOMING IT” ? First relax your mind stay calm and take your time As the story of the tortoise and the hare tells us, slow and steady wins the race. ? Practice Gratitude: It is easy to count our troubles rather than our blessings, but such an attitude undermines our ability to draw from the good that we have been given and to see our lives fundamentally as a gift. A change in perspective can make all the difference. Recognizing the good and receiving it with gratitude is a recipe for emotional health and well-being. ? Feel Your Feelings: By masking your feelings, they are not going to go away. Rather, feelings become trapped energy and can even have negative health consequences when they are ignored. Take some time to feel what you feel. ? Focus On What You Can Control: What you can do instead of what you can’t? Who can help you get through the obstacle you’re facing? What rewards lie on the other side of the obstacle? What the obstacle can teach you for the future? ? Figure out a Solution: There’s a solution to almost every problem you’ll face as you seek success in life. No matter how big of a mountain you think has come in front of you, it won’t kill you. You can reach its top with the small steps you take every day. You can find many solutions. ? Be grateful for the challenges you have and take action: When you do face challenges in your life, be grateful for them. Each challenge you face will teach you more about yourself. It will become a part of who you are…and that person is an incredible person. You are unique and wonderful and it is your challenges that have made you that way and think this challenge is going to make you a better person. “A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.”
