But if the team starts with a leader and without a vision, then things will go well and appropriately, as the leader can define the vision, and the leader may be the “visionary”. When talking about change and leaders, that is, leaders of change, this means leadership, creativity and innovation, and this is not necessarily in the product, but in the style, in thinking and in the culture of work, that is to change and influence to bring about change, or to persuade to bring about change, because people by their nature do not desire change Or, they want to remain in a comfortable and stable situation, or they work to resist change, because change requires energy, effort, and unstable situations, and to convince others to change and to work for it and then do it, it requires leaders to take initiative and show the positives of change, to be the example and to have the ability To take responsibility for failure.
