Sana Ullah Ghumman, General Secretary, Pakistan National Heart Association (PANAH), on behalf of President Maj. Gen. (retd) Masood-ur-Rehman Kayani and other members, expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Senator Kulsoom Parveen and said that Kulsoom Parveen served the people without any discrimination.
She always devoted her energies to the noble cause of PANAH, but also made every effort to convey the voice of PANAH to the upper houses. His death was no less than a shock.
Today, as in political circles across the country, PANAH has lost a virtuous woman and a visionary political figure. Her efforts in the struggle for PANAH will always be remembered, to which we pay our heartfelt tribute.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senator Kulsoom Parveen from Balochistan Province has set up educational and technical institutes for the rural areas of Balochistan, including providing numerous basic education and technical skills to 5,000 poor students. It also includes the opening of various arts schools for beggers children.
It may be recalled that Senator Kulsoom Parveen, 75, had been undergoing treatment at a private hospital for the past few weeks after testing positive for the deadly virus, where she succumbed to her injuries while fighting against Quid-19 on Monday morning.
The President, General Secretary and other members of the PANAH prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased and for the patience of the bereaved family.
