Islamabad,(Parliament Times) : Leaders of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) commenced a zoom meeting in New York, New Jersey, Montreal, Texas and Fresco. Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front announced in the meeting that November 18 decisions were harmful and unconstitutional to the party from constitutional, political and other aspects because the decision would have a negative impact on the organization and the movement. After a detailed review of the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front’s November 18 decisions from all angles, Chairman Yasin Malik reiterated that decision was badly controversial and has affected his personality . Therefore, it is not correct to say that Yasin Malik has approved this extraordinary decision. According to the information received from Srinagar, it was also learned that Yasin Malik was not aware of the specific decision and no opinion has been sought from him. In today’s important meeting held at the zoom, the founding fathers of JKLF and the leaders of Indian Occupied Kashmir Altaf Qadri and Farooq Siddiqui presented a detailed report with reference and exchanged their views as well as JKLF Supreme Council leader and organizer for America Engineer Qasim Khokhar and former North American president and former Supreme Council member Haleem Khan also shared their impressions regarding their talks with senior party leaders in Azad Kashmir and key officials in Indian Occupied Kashmir. The leaders agreed in the meeting that the organization would be asked to withdraw this unpopular decision, to protect the workers from further division and respecting their wishes, because the decision was made in a hurry in the best interest of the organization and movement.
According to a detailed report disclosed from Indian-occupied Kashmir, the majority of the organization, central officials and the Supreme Council were also unaware of the decision and some central leaders did not attend any of the meetings. However, The party is banned in Kashmir and is not allowed to engage in any political activity. He also found out about the meeting through social media. Everyone is upset to hear about the factionalism within the organization in Azad Kashmir and abroad and they are of the unanimous opinion that the news of the disintegration in the organization in the circumstances that the nation is going through is disturbing. All members of our organization are strictly advised to refrain from speaking out against each other. Certainly, The party’s decision was in conflict with Section (d) and Sections (2) and (3) and of Chapter 2 and Article 2 of the Constitution.
Thus, it was decided by a majority vote that the decision-making body should be asked to withdraw the November 8 decision in the best interest of the organization and movement for preserving the workers and the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front from further divisions. Instead, in consultation with all the zones and taking guidance from the organizational constitution, the former status of the organization on which the organization was united and restored should be recovered. It is necessary for them to come together and implement their recommendations within a week to prove their superiority and responsibility
in order to minimize the damage caused by undemocratic decisions of like-minded people. The chairman said that we do not want to see the blood of our party and movement in front of our eyes. This is an organization of martyrs. We all have a duty to protect the sanctity of their blood. No individual or group can claim inheritance.
Moreover, Former senior vice chairman of the organization and a member of the Supreme Council, Raja Muzaffar also presented his intellectual analysis in the light of discussions with Khawaja Saifuddin, Raja Zafar Khan and other presidents of the party’s Azad Kashmir, UK and Europe Zone.
