Govt won’t go anywhere before expiration of constitutional term: Sarwar

Lahore: Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar called on Members of National Assembly Sadaqat Ali Abbasi and Faizullah Komoka while Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said that those who want midterm elections should be patient till 2023. The government is not going anywhere a single day before the expiration of the constitutional term. Prime Minister Imran Khan is not going to be blackmailed. The government is ensuring transparency and impartial accountability at all levels.

According to details, the two members of the National Assembly met Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar at Governor’s House Lahore on Thursday. During the meeting, issues related to clean drinking water, development projects and other issues including universities were discussed.

During the meeting, Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said that the present government came to power during the most difficult economic situation but the government’s economic team has rescued Pakistan from the economic crisis through its successful strategy and today, Pakistan’s industry has been completely revived, which will also provide employment opportunities in Pakistan.

Governor Punjab said that all the surveys conducted in Gilgit-Baltistan show that the PTI government will be successful and Imran Khan is the leader who will ensure the provision of all basic facilities including health and education to the people of Pakistan. No one can stop Pakistan from moving forward now. Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar said that those who obstruct the development of the country will be thwarted. The government’s agenda is to strengthen the common man and provide relief in every single sector. The nation will not forgive those who criticize national institutions. The Prime Minister Imran Khan will complete his constitutional term.

Governor Punjab further said that general elections will be held in 2023. Opponents will fail again. People are united with government, democracy and parliament. Pakistan is moving forward successfully with each passing day.
