The basic right of self-protection and dire need of every student to avail facility of First Aid and take training of civil defence across the country not only in Islamabad capital territory. In this backdrop to empower and survive with any kind of disaster or accident in effective and efficient, and save loss of human lives and educational institutions in Pakistan. Even there would be first priority in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan due more incidents are accrued in these small provinces. The Resolution No.471, moved by the Senator Khushbakht Shujat and unanimously passed by the Senate of Pakistan on Monday August 17, 2020. The resolution read as “This House may recommends to the Government to make arrangement of First Aid and Civil Defence Training in the educational institutions under the administrative control of the Federal Government in order to enable the youth to cope with any kind of emergency/accident in effect-manner and save loss of human life and property. In the view of above concern, the provincial governments may also pass the same resolution in their respective provincial assemblies and implement in all educational institutions in true spirit. In the light of resolution and holy Quran. Whosoever saves a life, saves an entire universe.
