Haider claims his party played pivotal role for socio-economic uplift of population

MIRPUR (AJK):   (Parliament Times)   Azad Jammu & Kashmir Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has asserted that his party had played a pivotal role and completed mega developmental projects for the socio economic uplift of the people of Pakistan and Azad Jammu Kashmir.

Addressing central executive committee of his Party in Lahore on Thursday, he said PML – N has taken serious steps to eradicate poverty and completed projects throughout the Pakistan and Azad Kashmir and bring the masses out of the darkness by setting up of Power Projects in the country.

He thanked former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for extending generous financial assistance for the development of Azad Jammu Kashmir.

He said unprecedented achievements were made in the developmental sector and mega projects were completed for the wellbeing of the people of the state.

He said it was due to the commitment of Muhammad Nawaz Shairf with the Kashmiri people that the share of Azad Kashmir were increased in the NFC award and the Azad Kashmir budget was enhanced which helped improve the living standard of the people of Azad Kashmir.

He said the present government has completed mega developmental projects for the welfare of the people of the state and added that during the four year present government has completed projects of billions of rupees and basic amenities of life were made available at the door steps of the common man.

The Speaker of the Azad Kashmir legislative Assembly Shah Ghulam Qadir, Senior Minister Ch,Tariq Farooq and Health Minister Dr.Najeeb Naqi also attended the meeting.
