HDF distributes ration for one month among 80 poor families

ZHOB: Human Development Foundation (HDF) distributed ration for one month among poor and deserving families in different rural parts of the district. The ration bags contain essential food items including flour, ghee, sugar, tea, rice, pulses and rice. .

HDF team in the supervision of Team Leader HDF Naeem Gul Mandokhail, distributed rations among needy and poor families, who have been affected during the Coronavirus spread in the district. The government had imposed lockdown to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 in the recent months.

The team distributed ration among 80 deserving families in this time of trial in different villages including Takkei, Sangay Ghar, Hussainzai, Sheikhan, Wyala and Deragei. The ration packages contained flour, ghee, sugar, tea, rice, pulses and rice.

“Ration packages distributed fairly without any discrimination,” adding it was HDF prime priority to support those who were deprived of any assistance.

The Human Development Foundation has been struggling for the last one decade for social mobilization, health, education and for the improvement of peoples’ living standard in the poverty stricken parts of the country.

The area people have appreciated the HDF efforts in education, health, infrastructure, livelihood and poverty alleviation. The organization has been running health centers and community schools in different urban and rural areas of the district. Hundreds of children are getting free education and hundreds of people particularly women and children are getting free treatment from the HDF health facilities in every nook and corner of the district.
