MIRPUR (AJK): (Parliament Times)   In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu Kashmir (IIOJK), the J & K Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) Chairman Hakeem Mohammad Yasin has announced that whosoever will work for bringing Article 370 and 35 (A) back will get his support unconditionally and said those who will oppose it are not well-wisher of people of the IIOJK State, says a report reaching here Monday from across the line of control (LOC).

Talking to media in occupied Srinagar late Sunday, the PDF Chairman said Article 370 & 35(A) was given by the Indian Constitution but unfortunately was snatched from us through a forced and illegal move.

He offered that whosoever will work for bringing back Article 370 & 35(A) will get his unconditional support and whosoever will oppose the special status to the J&K, was not a well-wisher of the people, the report said.

He maintained that almost a heavy portion of the political leaders opposing the Indian sinister action of scrapping special status of the disputed Jammu Kashmir state, should come clear and people of J&K should be given concrete program regarding retrieval of special status of the J&K state under Article 370 and 35(A).

“People should not be kept in dark. They should be given clear and concrete program how to bring special status of J&K back ?, he questioned.

He said that the political parties should also clear confusions whether they will fight the socaledl IIOJK assembly elections in absence of Article 370 & 35(A) or not ?, the report added.

Meanwhile, a local political leader Mohammad Yousuf Tarigami of his own faction from IIOJK said in occupied Srinagar late Sunday that the situation in the IIOJ&K Station WAS disappointing and hopelessness has engulfed the whole region because of BJP government’s wrong decisions and policies, another report reaching here from across the LoC Monday evening said.

“The joint resolution of six political parties of the disputed J & K State stating they will strive for reverting to pre-August 5, 2019, position, is a significant decision”, Tarehgami said in a statement in occupied Srinagar “It is the responsibility of the political parties to get the people out of this hopeless situation and it is a welcome step that they have initiated the process”, he added.

He said that he expect more people from all regions and communities to join this process so that the dignity of J&K and due special status of the international –acknowledged disputed status was restored. .

“We stand by the unity and diversity of the historic state of Jammu and Kashmir. Any division of the state is unacceptable to people of all the three historic Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions”, he declared.

Yousaf Tarehgami said that foundations were assaulted by the hardliner Indian rulers through epressive measures meant to silence people and coerce them into submission.

Concluding, he observed that the unanimity amongst like-minded political groups in the IIOJK to collectively struggle to get back the special status and restore the Constitutional guarantees forcibly taken away, was a welcome step, the report added
