Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa has taken charge of the post of Additional Commissioner (Coordination) Rawalpindi. His predecessor Muhammad Zahid Anwar has been posted as Additional Commissioner (Consolidation) Rawalpindi. Muhammad Saif Anwar Japa was awaiting appointment in the Services and General Administration Department, Lahore. He had earlier served as Deputy Commissioner, Jhelum, where his administrative skills were appreciated in every department.
