Lock down extended in Punjab till July 30



LAHORE: Lock down has been extended by Punjab government across the province from Thursday to July 30 in the backdrop COVID-19 pandemic.

A notification has also been issued by secretary of primary and secondary health care Capt (Retd) Muhammad Usman. .

Notification said educational institutions, marriage halls, restaurants and cinema halls would remain closed.
Ban on social and religious gatherings and gatherings for game activities would also remain in place.
The grocery shops and retail shops will remain open from 9 a.m to 7 p.m during entire week while the churches will remain open from 7 a.m to 5 p.m on every Sunday for religious services.
Notification will stand implemented with immediate effect.
