It is a modern century but the prevailing and persisting trend of competition is rapidly increasing in the environment of learning rather than stopping. Since admission, the children get pressured to get good numbers in their academic outcomes instead of showing up their creative creativity. This phenomenon exists perpetually and looms around the learners by which some creative and cognitive minds who can not cram the subjects so nicely become dull and damaged due to continuous pressure of parents and teachers for keeping on striving to get good numbers with phenomenal performance. To stay in such crucial atmosphere of competition such pupils who do not get good numbers are being discouraged with piercing and unnerving words and in the result the creative creativity of kids totally get obliterated and those children who cram the subject well without prolific understanding are encouraged with great laudable words.
In the society where many conservative minds who decide to sense to test the mentality and intellectualism of children through their best academic performance with good numbers. The influence of schools and pressure of parents on life of student desolate the soft minds of kids in early and grooming age. To sort out these messes in educational institutes Firstly, We need to understand the psyche of kids to treat them accordingly by creating a loving, caring and attractive environment, do teach the kids about atmosphere and different fields to choose in which he or she keeps enough zeal,do not pressurize students to get good numbers in their acedmic performance, test the cognitive minds by their intellectualism not by cramming and teach them to think critically and rationally to develop consciousness to have bright future. It is therefore requested to government, personnel of education department and all related authorities to revoke the method of cramming in all educational and test the minds of pupils through their cognitive intellectualism.
