In primitive era it was so hard to know what is going on in the world and conveying message was one of the toughest and impossible challenge but in modern and developed century it becomes so easy to convey message and to know about each and every dimension and aspect of world by digital and technical service of telecommunications. There are four types of communication that we use on a daily basis are verbal, nonverbal, written and visual communication ways. Communication means exchanging of information by speaking, writing or using some other medium and  telecommunication means exchange of signs, signals, messages, words, writings, images and sounds or information of any nature by wire, radio, optical or other electromagnetic systems. Today, we are living in modern century where telecommunication is utmost important part of life and without these communications our mode of living, our business and industrial activities will be impossible and get affected so badly. So all kind of communications are very important for political, economic and social developments around the world.

In Tharparkar around 60% or 70% of its population uses the service of telecommunications in the form of Ufone, Telenor, Jazz, Zong and Warid telecommunications services. In cites all service of telecommunications are available but are not in every village of Tharparkar and many villages have different network of telecommunications some have the network of Ufone and Telnor and some have network of Warid and Jazz. It means these above mentioned companies are providing the facility of different networks in different areas but are offering poor internet service at slow speed to customers over couple of months in Tharparkar and It becomes even so worst during the hours of loadshedding which results the failure to perform any kind of task or assignment. Here I want to quote for telecommunication companies.

“These telecommunication companies are just because of valuable customers.” One day boycott of/from customers can lead these companies to great hazard therefore it must be prime responsibility of companies to provide best service to its customers because these companies take huge amount of taxes on regular basis from every customer and in the response customers get poor service.

Every customer does easy load and subscribes different sorts of internet packages but unfortunately these packages become wastage of money or useless due to poor internal service by telecommunication companies. After facing the poor service many customers lodged complaints against poor internet service but unfortunately none gets acknowledged yet due to poor acknowledgment on complaints by companies regarding its failure system As every one of us knows that Higher education commission directed all the educational institutes to conduct online classes. Here question arises how can a student take the online classes with poor internet service at slow speed and how can other citizens perform internet-related different tasks and challenges, and how other professional task can be done at slow internet speed. It is humble solicit of reliable and valuable customers of Ufone, Telenor, Jazz, Zong and Warid from Tharparkar to government to make all telecommunication companies to look over this matter under deep consideration and urge these companies to provide the best internet service with high speed.
