LAHORE: World Health Organization (WHO) wrote a letter to Punjab government in view of increasing corona patients and deaths in Punjab, stating that a minimum 2 weeks complete lockdown is need of the hour.
According to media reports WHO sent a letter to the Punjab government whereby they have expressed their concern regarding day to day growing corona patients and deaths in Punjab. The letter stated that SOPs are not being strictly executed in Punjab and across the country due to which corona patients are increasing day by day.
The lifting of lock down has led to upturn in corona patients which have now soared above 4000 per day. Tests should be conducted daily in Punjab. A minimum 2 week lockdown is need of the hour to get rid of the corona virus.
