Islamabad: Decision has been taken to close down all the courts of district kutcheri till June 30 amid coronavirus spread by the Islamabad high court crises management committee.
According to media reports during the meeting of crisis management committee it was decided that all the special courts in Special courts complex and islamabad kutcheri will remain closed till June 30 in the wake of corona virus spread. .
The decision has been made that duty judges will hear only bail pleas, stay order, and urgent cases.
Islamabad High Court, district court and special court will take up only important cases for hearing till 30 June and there will be no hearing on pending civil cases.
