MIRPUR, (Parliament Times):  Lambasting the Indian Government for not restoring 4G internet service in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir, former puppet “Chief Minister” of the occupied State Omar Abdullah Thursday questioned why people of the Indian held Jammu and Kashmir were being punished when New Delhi blames Pakistan for, what he called, “militancy and other anti-national activities”, says a report reaching here Thursday evening from across the Line of Control. Omar, according to the report, said “activities of Pakistan in the IOJ&K was beyond the control of people for they are not responsible but still are being punished”. He also said, according to the report, that no big economic and development activities on the ground and no democracy and in the turbulent disputed occupied State, the IOJ&K “government” admits to a worsening security environment. “Ten months later the report card does not look impressive after August 5, 2019”, Abdullah maintained.

Taking to micro blogging site twitter he said, “The centre blames Pakistan for all this. In which case why are the people of J&K being punished for things beyond our control and for which we are not responsible?”, the report said. “No big ticket investment, no economic activity, no development activity on the ground, no democracy & here the J&K government admits to a worsening security environment. 10 months later the 5th Aug 2019 report card doesn’t look impressive”, he further tweeted, according to the report. “Abdullah, who is currently in New Delhi on a private visit, was responding to media report which reads “ Ban on high speed internet in #Jammu and #Kashmir to continue till June 17. J&K government cites #Nawakadalencounter, attacks on security forces, infiltration in coming weeks due to onset of summer and melting of snow”, the report added.
