Ali Raza stresses on highlighting Indian atrocities in IoK at international forums
Brussels : (PR) Chairman Kashmir Council Europe (KC-EU) Ali Raza Syed has said that we shall raise our voice against the atrocities of brutal Indian forces in Indian occupied Kashmir (IOK).
It is important to mention that at late night of Monday, beside the martyrdom of two Kashmir youth Junaid Sehrai and Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, Indian forces also destroyed 15 residential houses in a locality in Srinagar, the capital city.
Condemning the latest brutalities, Ali Raza Syed said, Indian authorities have increased the ruthless oppression under the garb of Coronavirus in the occupied valley.
He said, it is very sad to say that Indian authorities are declining to hand over the dead bodies of the martyrs to their relatives as they did not hand over the mortal remains of Maqbool But Shaheed and Afzal Guru Shaheed so far.
It is immoral act and it is not allowed in any international law and even any religion permits such criminal practice.
Chairman KC-EU warned that Modi’s government forces the Kashmir youth take weapons in their hands and now the Indian forces destroy the homes of the innocent people under pretext of the operation against the youth.
Ali Raza Syed said, destruction of civilian houses and killing of innocent people are against the international laws. It is crime against the humanity and there is less example of such severe crime in the today’s civilized world.
He said, we shall raise this issue at the international forums. In the first stage, we are preparing letters for the higher authorities of European Union, United Nation and international human rights organizations.
We shall inform the international community concerning the Indian brutalism under garb of Coronavirus specially targeting the youth and destruction of the houses by the Indian forces.
He said, as the international human rights bodies in their reports in the recent years indicated they are review the situation closely, it is not far that Indian authorities involved in Kashmiris’ mascaras would face justice at the international courts of justice. If the Nazis can face the justice after world war II why not Indian authorities can face such trial.
Chairman KC-EU Ali Raza Syed determined that we shall continue our diplomatic struggle until the justice for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
