Traders Send Food Packets To Remote Villages Of Thar

Mithi: There are several remote villages of Tharparkar district where none of the government or other organizations’ teams have yet reached to take care of poor villagers however certain local people, with the help of philanthropists from Karachi have distributed the food packets.
The food packets were sent by a traders’ organization of Karachi and distributed in villages – Malkam, Sahu, Saand, Sohelo, Janjhi, Dadiyo Tarr, , Gul Muhammad Rind, Karnor and other villages of Taluka Chhachhro.
Zakar Ahmed, Ali Murtaza, Abdul Samad, Waqar Sangrasi and other villagers told that earlier Abdul Sattar Foundation had distributed ration bags and now Karachi’s traders have sent food packets. “These villages remained unnoticed being very remote,” they said.
