Minhas urges PML-N workers to maintain unity, concurrence in their ranks

Rawalpindi:    (Parliament Times)   While urging the PML-N workers to maintain complete unity and solidarity in their ranks the AJK Minister for Information, Tourism, Sports and Youth Affairs Raja Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas has said that the party was committed to move forward in accordance to the vision of its patron in chief Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and the party president Mian Muhammad Shahbaz.

In a press statement issued here on Tuesday the Information Minister said that following the footsteps of the central leadership the incumbent government headed by Prime Minister Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan has established merit in Azad Kashmir. The establishment of merit based system he said has provided a unique opportunity to the educated youth to decide their own future and to move forward on the basis of their abilities and hard work.

Regarding his political commitment Raja Mushtaq Ahmad Minhas said that he came to politics for serving people. “I consider politics as worship and the main focus of my politics is to serve my people”, he said adding that every single penny of the development funds would be spent for the welfare of the people. “The development projects initiated in Central Bagh during my period are visible on the ground”, he said.

He said that being a responsible citizen of the society, the people also have a responsibility to work for the development of their area.

“People have moral responsibility to keep a close eye on the developments happening in the area and if any irregularity is found, let me know in time and I will take action immediately”, he said.

Paying his gratitude to dedicated workers of PML-N across Azad Kashmir, he said that he was indebted to the people of his constituenc for the honor and respect they have given him.
