Stress nowadays

Some issues during this lockdown are totally out of our concentration and one of them is stress, In people who were already in battle to get their jobs but pandemic covid-19 hits the world and job seekers may leads to stress. Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Stress is body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. In short burst stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline but when stress lasts for long time it may harm health. Stress is a normal feeling ,there are two types stress. Acute stress : this is short-term stress that goes away quickly Chronic stress: that lasts for longer period of time due to major issues like unemployment, marriage and other. So as present economic conditions are worst and crucial as ever in whole world because of lockdown. Created as a firewall to prevent from spread of novel Corona virus and this lockdown created stress to the whole world in different aspects, one of them is stress to the unemployed people. Who are already in acute stress because of their unemployment issues, now this situation leads them towards chronic stress in fear of jobless career, needs and desires ,as the world economy crunched instantly due to the present situation millions of employed people have lost their jobs that creates more fear to those people who are already jobless, and are suffering from various challenges in daily basis .To manage taunts from family ,hiding actual situation with friends and so on. with complex of complications, includes financial problems, personal relationships problems ,and physical health problems etc hence more pressure from stress may lead towards harmful body conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity etc but the most dangerous condition is depression or anxiety. depression is a mental health disorder characterized by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life and can lead to a range of behavioral and physical symptoms. May include changes in appetite, energy level, concentration, daily behavior or self esteem. How to control and reduce this condition of stress and depression from people around the world, with our gesture of appreciation and encouragement, mainly family and friends can replace the most of the space occupied by stress. With motivational talks, dreaming imaginary talks, anything that create stress less environment, avoid blaming for unsuccessful attempts, avoid complexities, avoid taunts related career and other related issues .so that you can save a person from chronic stress and may lead to depression and other complications, so be a psychiatrist in your family to vanish stress from your homes .everybody should take part in this to create a stress free environment ,motivational speakers who are creating videos for career goals ,can also play a vital role in this situation of stress by uploading content, how to over come stress .That can be also effective after family and friends . So dear family and friends of every community in world. we should not fight only with the corona virus but should also take part in reducing stress from people. Starting from home and end it from home ,don’t discourage anybody ,don’t humiliate anybody spread love ,spread peace, spread positivity. This is the most hard era during pandemic covid-19 and we should reassemble and we should end family conflicts, conflicts with neighbor’s, or with friends and others that can affect level of stress in general, Tip : your single SMS or a phone call can terminate stress from one Your smile can change conflict into peace and stress less, try to be giver instead of taker Be a healer not a dealer .–
