Umer Ashraf Bhat;
As we all know, everyone is engulfed in the global destruction of the coronavirus. Utmost in my mind is the health care workers who are going to be on the front lines.Let me congratulate you on the choice of calling which offers a combination of intellectual and moral interests found in no other profession.[As a doctor] people will trust you, confide in you, and appreciate your efforts. You can do amazing things for people if you don’t let the system get you down. Doctors have made our lives worth living with their love and care with which they treated us. Thank you for everything that you have done for us during this pandemic COVID-19. Patience, tolerance and intelligence, you have all these in you. I’m proud of you and hope you keep doing great in your career. Doctors are the boon directly sent from God for us. God cannot be everywhere, so He sent the doctors with excellence and selflessness. Salute to the heroic job you do. To me, you’re a magician, a great physician, a special gift from God. Countless thanks to the entire doctors who are working day and night for keeping us in the pink of health and for all their contributions and efforts that they do to fight this pandemic COVID-19.You have the maximum respect, and I want to appreciate you for all the awesome things you do to give people a second chance to live. While the journey seems long and hard at the beginning with perseverance and dedication the rewards at the end last a lifetime. I would like to thanks Dr. Sabita Yograj, Dr. Kavita Jasrotia, Dr. Mubeena, Dr. Jaspreet Singh and other doctors who by inspiring, motivating, and preparing the students for this God Gifted profession. A good doctor who works hard to serve humanity and handle with care his/her patient always deserve appreciation. So, don’t ever forget to thank your doctor. Also, if you had successful surgery, excellent delivery service during birthing either the best treatment to fight disease and a fast recovery then you should show your gratitude. Maybe you’re a good doctor with your practice, but you’re a great doctor when you realize what’s your responsibility better than business. When you’re sincerely ready to help others, you’re on the way to be a great doctor. Salute to all doctors for self-sacrificing for us. The “Covid19” won’t go away by chanting “ Go Corona Go”. As the WHO has announced it is a pandemic and governments are scrambling to keep their citizens safe, there are many things we can do ourselves to minimize the burden on the medical staff. Don’t smoke, maintain a healthy weight, eat a colorful diet, Sleep is the best medicine, Keep calm and carry on, Exercise is therapy, maintain Good Hygiene, practice Social distancing. Channelize your inner OCD: Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the home and workplace such as countertops, sinks, seating, workstations and doorknobs. Supplement your diet: Add Supplements like Zinc, Vitamin C, D, and E especially if you have genetic predisposition to have low levels. Avoid overdosing especially with fat-soluble vitamins like A, D and E, and K. A positive statement propels hope towards a better future, it builds up your faith and that of others, and it promotes change. Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. Hope can be a powerful force, especially in difficult times. Today, the world is facing the coronavirus crisis, a pandemic that has changed life for millions of people. In times like these, hope can be a powerful source of reassurance. Many who are locked at home, others who are working to help and prevent the virus, also need the reassurance and the hope that we shall overcome this. To sit patiently with a yearning that has not yet been fulfilled, and to trust that, that fulfillment will come, is quite possibly one of the most powerful ‘magic skills’ that human beings are capable of.Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.
