Islamabad: The Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Social Protection and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Sania Nishtar has said that the Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme is equally benefiting the minorities living in the country.
According to media reports she said in a tweet that many non-Muslim women in Tharparkar and Umerkot are beneficiaries of Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme.
She said the program is designed to leave no one behind and anyone with a national CNIC can apply for support under it.
Meanwhile in another tweet, Dr. Sania Nishtar said the government has disbursed 25.68 billion rupees to over two million families under Ehsaas Emergency Cash program.
