LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab (CM) Sardar Usman Buzdar has paid tribute to the doctors and paramedical staff for their efforts in fight against the outbreak of coronavirus in Pakistan.
According to media reports, the CM has sent bouquets to the staffers and doctors performing duties in isolation wards.
The services of doctors and paramedics in this hard time will always be remembered, he stated.
On the other hand, Punjab Governor Chaudhry Sarwar has said that providing ration to the poverty-stricken people is government’s first priority. We have to take difficult decisions for the safety of the masses, he added.
The governor said that we can defeat coronavirus only with social distancing. He further requested the elite class to help the government in providing the food to impoverished people.
