WMS to be hosted for first time in Pakistan

Islamabad:   (Parliament Times)   The World Marketing Summit (WMS), a legacy of the World’s most influential and respected marketing Guru Professor Philip Kotler, is being held in Lahore on 25th February 2020. WMS is designed to be inclusive platform of developing and developed countries to solve the world’s critical challenges through effective and efficient lens of marketing.

Since 2010, conference has been hosted in countries including Italy, Japan, Malaysia, India, Myanmar, Canada, Turkey, Vietnam, UK and Philippines.

Prof. Philip Kotler would also be giving live lecture via a video conference at WMS Lahore. While among international speakers travelling to Pakistan includes Laura Ries (40 under 40, World renowned Branding Guru and Author); Dominique Hansens (American Marketing Association Hall of Fame, Associate dean UCLA, Top Marketing Strategist in our time); Marc Oliver (Digital Professor at Cambridge, Digital Marketing Guru and co-author of Prof. Kotler); Sadia Kibria (CEO Kotler Impact, Founder at Socialpreneurship, top 10 influential women speaker 2019 & 10 local speakers) and Salvador López (Professor at ESADE Business School)

WMS is being hosted and organized by Ascent International (a Lahore based firm) and marketed by Pakistan’s leading marketing firm Naqeebz Consulting.

Conference to be attended by 1000+ delegates from Corporate and Academia from all across Pakistan. Among national speakers are Irfan Wahab Khan (CEO, Telenor Pakistan); Monis Rahman (CEO, Rozee.pk); Zeshan Hanif Qureshi (Group CMO, QMobile); Niaz A Malik (Former Deputy CEO, Zong) and many other eminent speakers from industry.

WMS would act as a branding opportunity to build the soft-image of Pakistan internationally and next edition would attract more international speakers.
