IESCO announces power shut down schedule for 23th, 24th Jan., 2020

Islamabad: (Parliament Times)   (PR)    According to Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)’s spokesman, Annual
System Maintenance in all five circles of IESCO is in process. Therefore power supply of
below mentioned feeders/areas will be temporary suspended as per given schedule:-
On 23 rd January, 09:00am to 02:00pm, Rawalpindi-III, PAF, Sarwer Shheed, MSF, NPF-1,
Ajmal Shaheed, F-7 Kutchery, F-5 Jada, Abbas Pura, Shamasabad, Chapran, F-8 Civil Line,
Akram Shaheed, F-2 Chip Board, Industrial, Borian, Dina-3 Rohtas, Dina-1 Bakrala, Domeli,
Safdar Shaheed, Sanghoi, Nathwala, Gujar Khan ,Jermote, Baba Shaheed, Kountrilla, Islam
Pura, NIH, Shahdra, Bhara Kahu, Bari Imam, Gulistan Cly, Murree Brewery, Topi Pump, Jail
Park, Miani feeders, 09:00am to 03:00pm, Highway, Tarlai, Iqbal Town, CDA Treatment
Plant, Fazaia, Dhurnal, F-2 Chip Board, Industrial, Pakhwal, F-10 Kala Base feeder,
10:00am to 03:00pm, Kohalla, Gharial, Kuldana, Pindi Point, Kaka Khail feeder, 09:00am
to 02:30pm, Kalyal, Adyala, 502 Workshop, Gulshanabad, Dhamial-II, Janjua
Town/Hamayou Road (Newly) feeder, 09:00am to 01:00pm, Hazro feeder, 09:00am to
04:00pm, Koral/Safari Pak, NPF-1, PWD-1, River Garden, CBR-2, Islam Garh, Poona,
Kakrha Poona-2, Chowk Pindori, RCCI-2 feeders, 132KV Adyala-Chakwal CKT No area will
be affected However 60 to 80 MW Load Management will be required by SE Operation
IESCO Chakwal. 09:00am to 05:00pm, 132 KV Kahuta KRL will be fed from AEC Nilore
Side thorugh (AEC-1-KHT-1) circuit. Load management will be carried out if required, On
24 th January, 09:00am to 04:00pm, Mang City, Kanchari, Patan Shair Khan feeder,
09:00am to 03:00pm, Mandra-II feeder, 09:00am to 01:00pm, Hameed feeder and
surrounding areas will be affected. In case of early completion of work electricity supply
will be restored before time given in schedule. Annual system maintenance will lead
towards the continuity of power supply especially in summer season and will strengthen
the distribution system. In case of any complaint or information IESCO Help Line 118 and
