ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing Nawaz Sharif appeal plea against his conviction in Al-Azizia Reference on October 29.
IHC bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani will hear the appeal plea.
On the other hand NAB appeal seeking enhancement in Nawaz Sharif sentence will also be heard on October 29.
IHC registrar office has issued cause list.
Nawaz Sharif has filed appeal plea in IHC against the punishment awarded to him in Al-Azizia reference.
Nawaz Sharif through his miscellaneous application has prayed the court to hear the stand point of the other party on the affidavit filed by Judge Arshid Malik.
The request has also been made in the application for making court’s witness 5 persons including British expert who had conducted forensic of the video.
IHC had issued notice to NAB on Nawaz Sharif miscellaneous application and sought reply.
The hearing of major appeal against conviction and miscellaneous applications will also take place on October 29.
Nawaz Sharif and Nasir Butt filed miscellaneous applications after Judge Arshid Malik video case came to fore.
