Kashmir Hour to be observed throughout AJK in befitting manner: Zeeshan Haider

HATTIAN BALA: The entire nation will observe ‘Kashmir Hour’ today (Friday) in line with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government’s announcement to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people in the wake of India’s unprecedented lockdown, human rights’ violations and atrocities in the occupied valley.

PTI chapter Azad Kashmir, (Hattian Bala Wing) following the call of Prime Minister Imran Khan arranged number of protest demonstration in collaboration with civil society, traders and other segments of the society.

This was told by the central leader of PTI and former candidate of AJK Legislative Assembly Syed Zeeshan Haider while talking to journalists here on Thursday.

“Different committees were constituted to finalize the arrangements. They have completed their work and we are all set to hold a big protest demonstration here in Hattian Bala to condemn the Indian state terrorism and express solidarity with our brethren Kashmiris.

Similar events will be held throughout Azad Jammu and Kashmir to express solidarity with people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir who are facing endless curfew and complete communication blockade for the past 24 days.

Siren will be blown across AJK at 12:00 and traffic on roads will come to a standstill till 12:05. National anthem of Pakistan followed by national anthem of Azad Jammu and Kashmir will be played. In respect of national anthems, people will remain standing.

Following national anthems, a rally arranged by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Cell will be taken out towards Monument of Ghazi-e-Millat Sardar Ibrahim Khan
