Abbottabad:     In Abbottabad, the administration of a private hospital has locked an orphan poor girl aged 7 in a room because of nonpayment of total amount Rs. 120000 of an operation.
It is worth mentioning here that the poor family of orphan girl has hardly managed to make payment of Rs. 70000 and it is absolutely impossible for it to arrange outstanding amount.
The uncle of the orphan girl has appealed to the Prime Minister kindly to take notice of the matter.
