MC Chief’s statement an insult to Kashmiris’ sacrifices: Minhas

Says PML-N govt won’t let anyone to weaken Pakistan ideology,

RAWALPINDI:   (Parliament Times)     The AJK Information Minister Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas said MC President Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has insulted Kashmiri martyrs by issuing statement in favour of an Independent Kashmir.

Hitting out on the statement of Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan here on Sunday Minhas said this is negation sacrifices of those who got Nishad-e-Haider and those who laid down their lives for green Pakistani flag in Occupied Kashmir. He said he believed that the soul of Mujahid-e-Awwal would have been hurt by the statement of Sardar Attique. He said Attique should tender his apology for giving such anti country statement.

The minister said resolution of accession to Pakistan had been passed even before creation of the country. India got an opportunity to unleash propaganda against Pakistan after Sardar Attique’s statement. He said Attique should not forget that Pakistan has always been the goal of people of Kashmir. He said Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Khan would not let any one to weaken Pakistan ideology. Kashmiris could never understand the ideology of Sardar Attique, he added. He said Sardar Attique believes in self aggrandizement, self publicity and strives for power just to achieve his ends.

Minhas said in AJK PML-N was serving the public in accordance with the vision of Quaid-e-Pakistan Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He said PML-N had a clear agenda in line with the vision of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif. He believed that MC had relegated to a three-member party. He said PML-N strongly believes in serving the masses. Every of its minister, MLA, party worker and other officer bearers are working for service delibery of the masses. He said followers of PML-N are safeguarding the ideology of founder of nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal. The founder of Pakistan had categorically told to Sheikh Abdullah that India love Kashmir but not Kashmiris.

He said armed forces of the country eliminated the menace of terrorism from the country. We are proud of our brave forces who also foiled the Indian aggression at LoC, he stated.
