RAWALPINDI: PML-N dissident leader and former interior minister Chaudhrty Nisar Ali Khan has said offer for slot of chief minister was made to him but he had rejected it for fear of criticism.
“ After general election offer for the office of chief minister was extended to me through my friends in different times but I did not want to become target of criticism from any one after winning the election being independent candidate”, he said this while speaking in a private ceremony in Bahria Town.
He held that the incumbent government has disappointed the people in 8 months. Opposition parties have golden chance to launch movement against the government, he added.
During his talks at the residence of business man Chaudhry Khalid Saleem after Fateha Khani on demise of his brother Tariq Jameel Chaudhry Nisar said the people pin high hopes on every new government. Imran Khan had shown golden dreams to people but he has disappointed them awfully.
