KOTLI: (Parliament Times) The Director General, AJK Information department, Raja Azhar Iqbal visited the family of prominent journalist late Muhammad Irfan Qureshi on Friday.
Talking to the brothers if the deceased he said services of Qureshi would always be remembered in all circles of Azad Kashmir. He was of the view that the vacuum left by the death of late Qureshi would never be bridged. The journalistic community of Kotli was deprived of a proactive and very professional journalist.
He said Qureshi made a good name by highlighting the problems of people of remote and backward areas of the region. He always used his pen for the larger interest of the district.
The director general sympathized with the family of late Qureshi and prayed for the departed soul.
