SIALKOT: Funeral prayers for Shakirullah, a Pakistani prisoner who was beaten to death in Jaipur Central Jail of India, have been offered in Daska city of Punjab on Sunday.
Gujranwala commissioner, regional police officer (RPO) and a large number of people including members of civil society attended his funeral prayers.
Shakirullah accidentally crossed into India in 2003 and was jailed on the charges of espionage.
