MUZAFFARABAD : (Parliament Times) The AJK Transport Minister Nasir Hussain Dar assured people who were affected by Indian forces firing that government was taking measures for their rehabilitation and provision of other facilities.Talking to the affected people here on Monday, he said on the direction of Prime Minister Haider they are being provided all the basic facilities to mitigate their sufferings. Daily use commodities are being provided to the people living close to the border on war footing basis, he added. Staffers of food department have been specially deployed in the areas of affected people, he stated. He also lauded the efforts of Hilal-e-Ahmar for distributing food items to the Indian firing affected people.Dar said Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi should not attribute peace efforts as our weakness. He warned India never to resort to any misadventure against Pakistan and Azad Kashmir again. Armed forces of Pakistan are professional very competent to counter any Indian aggression, he remarked.He said United Nations and other major powers should influence and play its role for de-escalation between India and Pakistan.
