Rawalpindi: (Parliament Times) A ceremony under the aegis of Friends Overseas Service was held here on Friday to conduct test interviews of job seekers willing to work as labour in Tri-Star TCC, a Dubai based construction company.
According to details 25 contestants who were initially declared as eligible were issued visas and other necessary documents on the spot.
Speaking on the occasion the chairman Friends Overseas Services Sardar Saeed Aziz said that the construction company (Tri-Star TCC) had signed an agreement to seek free labour from Pakistan, which he said was a good omen for poor workers who were desperately looking for jobs abroad.
Terming it as an healthy development he said that under the agreement labour class of our country would now be able to get free visas. Mr. Aziz said that other countries must show similar kind of gesture so that poor and economically downtrodden class of our society can benefit out of it. Meanwhile, the visas and other necessary documents were issued to all the 25 contestants who passed the test.
