Removing Asad Qaisar as NA speakers stands ruled out: Naeem ul Haq

ISLAMABAD: Naeem ul Haq Special Assistant to Prime Minister (PM) on political affairs has said government will decide about the steps related to PAC and production orders if PML-N assures about not chanting slogans and hampering the legislation process in National Assembly (NA)
He said this while talking to a private TV channel here Monday.
“Government wants that proceedings of NA and PAC should be conducted according to rules and procedure. Our talks with opposition parties and PML-N are underway in this respect. But PML-N intent does not seem good. Government too wants to tell them that “ the days are gone when Mian Sahb fakhta uraya karte tha”, he added.
In previous government every wrong thing was done. Our members of assembly were not allowed to speak, he remarked.
To a question about conflict between Sheikh Rashid and Asad Qaisar he said any question of removing Asad Qaisar as speaker National Assembly stands ruled out. He is PTI member and a veteran politician. He does his job within the ambit of law.
