RWP to have two new public parks
RAWALPINDI: Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has decided to build two new parks and decorate 53 other public parks in Rawalpindi city.
The PHA has started implementation on its plan and two new parks are being built in Bihari Colony and Dhok Kala Khan. 4 kanal land each has been allocated for these two small parks. These two children parks are being built for ladies and children. All the recreational facilities for children will be available in these parks. These parks will be completed within one or two months and open for the citizens. Stringent security system has been put in place therein. Special sanitary staff has been appointed in these parks for cleanliness arrangements.
Measures are being taken to provide the visitors beverages and food items at subsidized rates in these parks. Admission in the parks will be free.
