Farooq Sattar approaches SHC against expulsion from MQM-P
Karachi: Senior politician and Former MQM-P convener Farooq Sattar has filed a plea in the Sindh High Court against his expulsion from MQM-P.
Farooq Sattar has filed a petition in the SHC challenging his expulsion from MQM-P .
Petitioner took the plea that expelling him from party is against the election act and party rules. He said clauses of ordinance regarding expulsion of any member from the party were not fulfilled.
He said only Kanwar Naveed has signed on the decision of his expulsion from MQM-P while approval of two third members is necessary for the expulsion.
It is vital to mention here that Khalid Maqbool Siddique of MQM-P had ended Farooq Sattar party membership after removing him from party convener ship.
