LAHORE: The court has reserved judgment on the matter of further extension of 15 days in physical remand of former railway minister Khwaja Saad Rafiq and his brother Suleman Rafiq arrested in Paragon Housing Scandal.
Both were presented in the court of judge Syed Najm ul Hassan.
Sources said NAB had requested extension in physical remand for further 15 days.
Waris Ali Janjua, special prosecutor of NAB gave arguments.
NAB took the plea that inquiries in corruption cases of Paragon, Ashiana Iqbal and Pakistan Railway are pending against Khawaja Saad Rafiq while inquiry of Paragon is pending against Khawaja Suleman.
