KARACHI: Residents of Union Council Jam Murad Malir protested against Builder of Al-Haram society on Thado Nadi for not giving Electricity, Gas, Water and ownership rights of plot in the supervision of Ghulam Fareed Sarki, Miandad Awan, Lady Zareena, Shareef Jagirani, Imran Brohi, Iqbal Kaloi, Muhammad kachhi and others at Murad Memon village. Protesters held rally from Memon village main chaok towards Awami Press Club Malir with banners and play cards. They changed protesting rally into sit-in and hailed slogans against Builders and demanded for action. Protest led people blamed Builder Muhammad Khan Magsi that he commenced plotting of Al-Haram Society in 2009 and the poor people sold their precious belongings in order to purchase plots in 800000. They told journalists that they have collectively paid more than 70 million which’s receipts or sanads are with every allotee . Now 10 years have been passed but Builder Muhammad Khan Magsi has not given documentation of ownership rights and is not ready to give, even electricity, water and gas facilities which he promised. In this respect when they ask Builder for documents of plots and other facilities then he became angry and threaten to implicate in distinct false cases. They demanded to Sindh Government, NAB, Anti-corruption and Rangers high authority to take immediate action against Builder Muhammad Khan Magsi and provide rights of ownership and basic facilities. On other hand Builder told that very soon ownership rights and basic facilities would be provided very soon to the allot tees of Al-Haram Society.
