Kidnapped 7th class student murdered
GUJRANWALA: A 7th class student who was kidnapped for ransom a month back in Gujranwala has been murdered.
According to police Hanzala Irfan a class 7th student was kidnapped for ransom outside his home in Girjakh, Gujranwala a month back. The kidnappers had demanded 10 million rupees ransom for setting free the boy. The kidnappers killed the boy after ransom amounting to Rs 10 million was not paid.
Police have arrested Faisal and Qasim accused in this offence who are Mohalla fellows of the victim. The body of the victim has also been recovered from bushes in Nowshehra Virkan. The body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
The parents of victim had announced prize Rs one million for providing assistance in searching the kidnapped boy.
