Chairman PCB Ehsan Mani calls on CM Punjab

Lahore: Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Ehsan Mani called on Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar on Tuesday.
During the meeting the two discussed the measures for promoting cricket in the far flung areas of Punjab.
Ihsan Mani met with CM Punjab Sardar Buzdar at CM Secretariat.
Talking on the occasion CM said trials will be conducted in far off areas including South Punjab in order to bring new talent on front while selected players will be imparted training in Multan.
CM said promotion of games is necessary to boost healthy activities.
CM further said that Punjab government will extend complete cooperation with PCB in holding PSL matches because holding of PSL matches in Pakistan will project soft image of Pakistan in the world.
Chairman PCB Ehsan Mani said that the scope of trials for youths will be extended further in different areas and PCB will continue taking measures for the promotion of cricket.
Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab Aown Chaudhry, spokesperson Punjab Dr Shehbaz Gul, Principal Secretary CM Dr Raheel Siddiqui, Javed Afridi chief executive of Peshawar zalmi and chief operating officer PCB also attended the meeting.
