5-year-old boy dies after kite string slits throat
Karachi: A 5-year-old child was killed after kite string slit his throat in Korangi, Karachi.
According to media reports, the victim, identified as Aaliyaan, 5, was on his way along with his father while riding on a motorcycle when a kite string slit his throat.
As a result, he was critically injured and was rushed to nearby local hospital for first aid but he expired on the way to hospital.
Family members of the victim took his body to home from hospital without any medico-legal formalities.
Father of the victim demanded that government should impose ban on kite string besides ensuring implementation of its orders.
He also demanded that those who were involved in this offence should be brought to justice.
