Customer subjects vegetable vendor to torture for selling potatoes at higher rates

SUKKUR: Citizen has allegedly subjected vegetable vendor for selling potatoes at higher rate to him while sub inspector police has been suspended for not arresting the accused.
Some unknown person tortured a cart vendor for selling potatoes at higher rate in Shahi Bazar Punnu Aqil.
The cart vendor said the customer threw potatoes from his cart on ground. He tortured him and kept on hurling threats of dire consequences. Passers by rescued the vegetable vendor.
SSP Asad Raza suspended Sub Inspector for not arresting the accused.
