CHITRAL: Four people, including two brothers, went missing after coming under an avalanche in Chitral on Sunday.
Local sources said four people including Momin, Amir Zada, Saad Malook and Usman were going to a grazing land to bring their cattle in Sheshi Koh area of Gorian Gol when an avalanche fell on them.
The Rescue 1122 and police have launched a search for the missing persons with the help of the local people. The rescue teams are facing difficulties in reaching to the avalanche site due to snowfall and difficult route. It is feared that the four persons might not survive if they were not found quickly.
Avalanches fell before and after the winter season in Chitral which often trap people living or working under it.
