ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has summoned report from FIA within 6 weeks in Asghar Khan case.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar took up the case for hearing Friday. =
DG FI A told the court that court had issued notices to 17 persons in this case. They have not reached the court due to blockage of roads. Talks are underway with ministry of defence on this matter. Defence ministry has constituted a high powered committee in this respect.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case for six weeks.
