The recent three casualties take death troll to 521 for this year due to malnutrition and other diseases.
According to the Health Department, Three kids died in civil hospital Mithi in age groups of 2months and 5 months while 1 was infant. The death toll of kids due to malnutrition has climbed to 45 during this month.
